Chen Rong, Secretary General of Suzhou Science and Technology Association and Director of the Society Department, Fan Donglin, Chairman of Xiangcheng District Science and Technology Association, Yu Chunfeng, Director of Beiqiao Street Economic Development Office, Jiang Zhiyong, General Manager of Suzhou Polydi, Ji Shunjun, Dean, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Polydi Research Institute, Yang Junhui, Chief Engineer and Deputy Dean of the Research Institute, Yuan Xiaofeng, Deputy General Manager and Party Branch Secretary, Tian Xuefeng, Deputy General Manager and Marketing Manager, Hu E, Director of the Board Office, and member representatives attended the meeting. General Manager Jiang Zhiyong delivered a speech, congratulating the establishment of the company's Science and Technology Association, and thanking Suzhou Science and Technology Association, Xiangcheng District Science and Technology Association, and Beiqiao Street Science and Technology Association for their concern and support for the establishment of our company's Science and Technology Association. He pointed out that the establishment of a Science and Technology Association can take advantage of its wide social connections and strong technical strength to strengthen the company's scientific and technological innovation capabilities and promote the company to achieve higher quality and more sustainable development. General Manager Jiang Zhiyong put forward three hopes for the next step of our Science and Technology Association: First, to give full play to the role of the Science and Technology Association as a staff assistant; second, to serve the local economic and social development; third, to care about scientific research staff and run a good science and technology home.

Chen Rong, Secretary General of Suzhou Association for Science and Technology, congratulated the establishment of Suzhou Polydi Association for Science and Technology. He emphasized that Polydi is a "specialized, sophisticated and innovative" small giant enterprise and one of the important high-tech enterprises in Xiangcheng District. The establishment of an enterprise science and technology association will surely help enterprises to expand and strengthen their technological innovation and development. At the same time, Secretary General Chen Rong put forward three requirements for the Polydi Association for Science and Technology: First, highlight the political nature and unite and gather scientific and technological talents; second, strengthen the advanced nature and stimulate the main role of enterprises; third, adhere to the mass nature and create a member service brand.

During the congress, all participants reviewed and approved the "Suzhou Polydi Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Association Charter (Draft)" and the "Suzhou Polydi Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Enterprise Science and Technology Association First Committee Member Election Method (Draft)". With a unanimous show of hands, the members of the Suzhou Polydi Science and Technology Association's first science and technology association committee were elected.

Afterwards, the seven elected members went to the 805 conference room for the first committee meeting of the first term and reviewed and approved the "Draft Election Methods for Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General of Suzhou Polydi Science and Technology Association". The election results were Xia Bin as Chairman of Suzhou Polydi Science and Technology Association, Li Shanshan as Vice Chairman, Wang Jiye as Secretary General, and Wu Wansong as Deputy Secretary General. Secretary Yuan Xiaofeng read out the election results to the conference.
