At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Yang Junhui, Executive Vice President of PPM INSTITUTE OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS and Chief Engineer of PPM INSTITUTE OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS, reported on the application, expert review and funding of PPM INSTITUTE OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS's open cooperation projects in 2023.

The signing event was themed "Gathering Talents for the Future" and aimed at win-win cooperation. At the meeting, PPM Chairman Xu Yiming signed the task letter with ten project leaders from Sichuan University, Soochow University, Shanghai University, Donghua University, China University of Mining and Technology, and Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology.

Compared with 2022, this year's open topics have a wider range, richer content and clearer goals. Guided by the three-in-one development plan of government support, enterprise innovation and talent introduction proposed by Mr. Zhan Lijian, member of the Standing Committee of the Xiangcheng District Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, this year's open topics will focus on the frontiers of science and technology, improving people's good life, improving industrial technology and increasing corporate value, and further strengthen the connection between theory and practice.
