The PPM INSTITUTE summary meeting was held in the 805 lecture hall of the company's new building on January 13, 2023. The content was rich, detailed and specific, and the main achievements of the institute in 2022 were fully demonstrated; then Executive Vice President Yang Junhui arranged the institute's ten major tasks and project team assessment indicators for 2023. The tasks were specific, the requirements were clear, and the determination was firm. On the basis of the work of the institute's founding year, we must fight for 2023; then President Ji Shunjun issued a mobilization order for 2023 as the "promotion year" of the institute's work. It will be the eternal topic of our institute to truly build the company into a national-level small giant enterprise of "specialization, precision, specialness and innovation". The project leader must dare to take up the heavy burden, shoulder the responsibility, and exceed the target; everyone must have tasks, plans, and plans, and actively cooperate with the project leader to complete all the work of the project. In terms of task execution, we must firmly remember the awareness that "today is too late, and tomorrow is too early." You will benefit from it for the rest of your life, and you will become a respected person! Then three employee representatives of the institute (Liu Xiangxiang, Zhang Ning, and Xia Bin) spoke. Everyone was able to combine work and connect with themselves, feeling cordial, sincere, passionate, and heroic. They all expressed their determination to work hard in the "Year of Improvement" and exceed the assessment indicators! Finally, the company's secretary and deputy general manager Yuan Xiaofeng spoke on behalf of the chairman. Mr. Yuan's speech was concise and inspiring. He put forward the general requirements of "entering a new state, clarifying new goals, implementing new measures, and advocating a new style" for everyone, which fully reflects the expectations of the company's board of directors and senior management for the institute in the new year.

The "founding year" of the institute in 2022 has become history, and the new challenges of the 2023 improvement year are coming.
