On the afternoon of December 7, 2023, the PPM INSTITUTE OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS held a general meeting of all staff in the 805 lecture hall of the company building. The meeting was chaired by Yang Junhui, executive vice president of the institute. At the beginning of the meeting, President Ji Shunjun made a mobilization speech on the theme of "confidence, self-reliance, unity, and progress" for the "decisive year" of the institute in 2024. President Ji pointed out that as R&D personnel, we must be confident in our work. Only with confidence can we "do things that others can't see, do things that others can't think of, and do things that others can't do"; we must have a self-improvement consciousness of "I am better than others"; we must focus on giving full play to the power of the team, overcome difficulties, work together, and work together! Subsequently, President Ji proposed the "decisive year" goal of achieving market sales of 100 million in 2024. The mobilization speech has a clear direction, firm goals, and is inspiring.

Then, Li Jianhong, director of the Functional Membrane Masterbatch Research Center, and Xia Bin, director of the Functional Material Molecular Synthesis Research Center, as department representatives, expressed their sincere and passionate stance on fulfilling the task targets in the "decisive year" without fail.

Then, Vice President Yang made arrangements for the Institute’s 2023 year-end evaluation and assessment work. In order to complete the Institute’s 2024 work tasks, he asked everyone, under the leadership of President Ji, to strengthen their confidence, work hard, and complete all indicators of the “decisive year” with quality and quantity.

Finally, the Financial Director and Deputy General Manager Yuan Xiaofeng spoke on behalf of the Chairman, which was concise and inspiring! Mr. Yuan put forward eight requirements for the entire institute: "goals, plans, efficiency, and results", which not only highly recognized the institute's goal of "decisive year", but also fully reflected the company's board of directors and senior management's ardent expectations for the institute in the new year.
