At 9:00 am on December 2, 2022, the second batch of postdoctoral opening reports of Suzhou PPM Postdoctoral Workstation were held in the 805 conference room of Poly Plastic Masterbatch (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Researcher Xu Yiming, Chairman of Poly Plastic Masterbatch (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, Professor Ji Shunjun, Dean of PPM INSTITUTE, Researcher Yang Junhui, Vice Dean, Professor Zhang Keqin, Dean of the School of Textiles and Clothing of Soochow University, and Professor Zhang Jiuyang of Southeast University attended the opening report meeting as members of the expert group. Professor Ji Shunjun, Dean of PPM INSTITUTE, delivered a welcome speech, and Professor Zhang Keqin, leader of the expert group, presided over the opening report meeting.

Dr. Xia Bin of PPM Postdoctoral Workstation gave an opening report on "Research on the Application of Photochromic Functional Molecular Materials in PET Masterbatch". Dr. Xia Bin elaborated on the current research status of the subject at home and abroad, and analyzed and explained based on part of the work that has been carried out. Subsequently, the project-related questions raised by the experts were defended; the expert group fully discussed and commented on Xia Bin's opening and put forward some constructive suggestions. The expert group fully affirmed the topic and the knowledge and ability of the postdoctoral fellow. Finally, the experts at the meeting agreed that the research topic was forward-looking and had room for development, and the future research plan was well-founded, so they agreed to start the topic.

Wang Qunfeng, head of the postdoctoral workstation of the Xiangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Cui Ying, deputy director of the Science and Technology Talent Bureau of the Xiangcheng Economic Development Zone, and Zhang Ye, head of the Talent Section, and other government leaders attended the report meeting.
