Cao Shuangcun, female, former chairman and professor-level senior engineer of Tianjin Huaxinying Polyester Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Graduated from Tianjin University with a major in polymer chemistry in 1978, mainly engaged in research on differentiated polyester modification and industrialization. From 1979 to 1992, she worked at Tianjin Chemical Fiber Research Institute. From 1992 to 1997, she served as deputy chief engineer of Wujiang Differentiated Polyester Factory in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and chief engineer of Zhejiang Chaotong Chemical Fiber Factory. From 1997 to 2008, she served as general manager and chief engineer of Tianjin Xinhui Polyester Materials Co., Ltd. In 2009, she served as general manager and chairman of Tianjin Huaxinying Polyester Materials Technology Co., Ltd. He presided over the completion of the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" key project "Cationically Modified Polyester "Sixth Five-Year Plan" Industrialization" key project, which won the National Three Committee Excellent New Product Award, and drafted the draft of the ministerial standard for cationic dye-dyable modified polyester. He presided over the completion of the industrial application research of the differentiated varieties of polyester in the "Eighth Five-Year Plan Torch Project" semi-continuous polymerization device, and realized the industrialization of cationic dye-dyable modified polyester series products on domestic semi-continuous polymerization devices. He presided over the completion of 3 provincial and ministerial projects and passed the appraisal. The Ministry of Textiles project "Cationically Dyeable High-Pressure Dyeing Modified Polyester Project" won the second prize of Tianjin Personal Scientific and Technological Achievements; "Cationically Dyeable Normal Pressure Boiling Dyeing Project Patent" won the Excellent Patent Award at the International Patent Expo.
