At 9:00 am on June 26, 2023, PPM INSTITUTE welcomed the first batch of three doctoral students from China's top universities for a six-week collaborative research internship at PPM INSTITUTE. The institute held a simple but meaningful welcome party, which was hosted by Senior Engineer Yang Junhui, Executive Vice President of the institute.

Dr. Jiang Yuqi from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Tsinghua University, Dr. Gan Yuxin from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University, and Dr. Li Zixian from the Department of Polymer Science of Zhejiang University introduced themselves respectively. They were full of confidence in the research projects during the internship; Zhu Ping, the HR manager of the company, put forward the precautions during the internship, especially emphasizing the safety issues; Dean Ji Shunjun delivered a welcome speech, introduced the positioning of the institute and the innovative idea of combining "long-term and short-term", that is, "standing tall and standing firm" science with applied research; finally, Chairman Xu Yiming, a senior researcher, introduced the development history of the company and how it is his lifelong dream to establish a veritable corporate research institute, and expressed a warm welcome to the three doctoral students to come to the company for internship. He also hopes to use you as the starting point of cooperation to attract more doctoral students from well-known Chinese universities to cooperate in research in the company, and hopes to make PPM your first choice for future work!
