On July 31, 2023, the PPM INSTITUTE OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS held a semi-annual work summary meeting. During the meeting, President Ji Shunjun emphasized: It is very important and necessary to hold this meeting! Because this year is the work improvement year of our PPM INSTITUTE, half of the time has passed. How have the leaders of each project completed the task commitment letter that they signed on stage? How have each researcher and manager done in accordance with their job responsibilities? Conduct a work inventory, task inventory, and thought inventory! Find the reasons, find the gaps, and find ideas, so as to work hard to exceed the various indicators in the second half of the year!

At the meeting, President Ji summarized several important activities and achievements carried out in the first half of the year, and also summarized the shortcomings and gaps in our work, and put forward the requirements of three zeros, five belts, and seven grasps for the next work. Finally, President Ji emphasized the working atmosphere of the institute: first, we must be united and friendly but not be nice people; second, everyone must take the initiative, actively participate in and obey all arrangements of PPM INSTITUTE, although sometimes it may not be reasonable, we must follow the orders and reserve opinions; third, we must actively put forward reasonable suggestions with a sense of ownership but insist on not targeting people but the matter!
