At 13:00 p.m. on August 11, 2023, PPM INSTITUTE OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS held a pre-job training and assessment meeting for new employees. The meeting was chaired by Yang Junhui, Vice President of PPM INSTITUTE, and attended by Chairman Xu Yiming and Director of the Research Institute Ji Shunjun.

First, the six masters respectively stated the content and key elements of this training, and then stated how to carry out research or product development work based on a research topic that they were most interested in. Everyone actively expressed their views and ideas. The on-site lottery answering questions all performed normally. Finally, President Ji expressed warm congratulations to all new employees for successfully passing the pre-job training assessment, and sincerely stated that the development of the institute came from the joint efforts of every researcher. In the days to come, new employees, as the new force of the institute, are expected to shine in their own positions and contribute to the development of the institute.
