In order to let everyone relax properly, enhance the friendship among colleagues and improve the team cohesion, and let our new colleagues better and faster integrate into the big family of the institute, the institute held a team-building activity at the Taihu Yacht Club on August 26 (Saturday).

At 9:30 am on August 26, the colleagues who participated in this team-building gathered at the Taihu Mercury Club and took the chairman's yacht to the destination in two batches. The team-building activities were rich and colorful: some people sang on the yacht, some drove motorboats on Taihu Lake, took speedboats, took rubber boats, and even went swimming directly in the water. Everyone had a lot of fun!

At noon, we finished lunch on the boat, and a group of people came to the balcony of the yacht to take a group photo. This team-building activity ended successfully! This team-building not only increased communication and collaboration among colleagues, but also made everyone deeply realize that the power of one person is limited, the power of a team is indestructible, and the success of the team requires the joint efforts of each of our members!
